As a female I find taking iron supplements to be rather beneficial to my health. The Zahlers brand of Iron pills seems to be a pretty good one so far. The pill comes in a smaller than standard sized capsule. The capsule is a clear casing which has the powdered ingredients within it. Having a bad gag reflex taking pills can be harder for me so the smaller pill casing it perfect for me. Since taking these supplements I`ve had no negative reaction to them - no feeling sick, no allergic reaction, no rash, etc. The pills do not smell when you open the bottle and do not leave a nasty after taste like others either. I like how everything from ingredients and directions on how to take are clearly labeled on the bottle. Overall these seem to be working well for me and I`ve had no problems thus far.
