To get a custom bag made and arrive to me it took under 2 weeks. That's a rather quick turn around time as most bags that get personalized take two weeks just to get shipped out. Not made, shipped and delivered within that time from. So that a good start. My bag arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The bag itself is lightweight, yet thicker, sturdy-like vegan leather material. The bag is an open style type (as in no secured closure area) with one decent size pocked on the inside the bag which is perfect as a phone holder so it doesn't get lost within your bag.

 

I wasn't sure if there would be enough room for all my stuff I usually carry, but much to my surprise there was enough room and the bag didn't bulge out! I have my initials monogrammed on the bag in the white thread and it came out beautifully! I don't see any loose threads or any imperfections what-so-ever with the bag. It doesn't show signs of falling apart and seems to be holding up well to the weight of all my belongings within the bag. 

 

Overall, I am very pleased with not only the bag but the fast shipping and amazing customer service I experienced with VioletFox.
