Let`s face it, most kids do not want to take naps; at least not alone. It`s either a hassle of a fight for nap time or it`s no problem if you lay down with them. I`m sure many of you have been there and done that! With Sophia being 4, she is slowly working her way out of the whole nap time thing. She still naps, just not as often as she did. To make nap time a little more fun I introduced her to a pink poodle cuddle uppets.

You`re probably asking "what the heck is that?" Well it`s a blanket that is also a puppet. Such a cute yet simple idea! The Cuddle Uppet measures 39" x 28" which is a perfect toddler size. For those who haven`t seen the commercial, here it is:

So how do we feel about these new products? Well they are recommended for ages 3 and up, which I do agree with. They don`t have any small parts that can fall off so no worries of any choking -- another big plus. The blanket itself is very soft and actually looks rather cute. The thing that stands out about this blanket of course is how it has an attached puppet. Since we got the pink poodle obviously it`s a poodle head puppet that is fully functional. We can put our hand in it and make the mouth move. Of course Sophia loves it, which is all that matters! To add more to the details there are also 4 paws/feet and a tale at the opposite end of the blanket.

Needless to say we had a rather positive experience. The customer service team we partnered with for the Cuddle Uppet was very friendly. The product is of high quality, looks cute, and Sophia approved! I`m usually not a big fan of "As Seen on TV" brand products, but this one passes my test! In fact, it surprised me last night when Sophia told me she wanted to use that blanket for bed time. Usually she sticks with her routine blanket. So if you have a young child I think this would definitely be a gift to look into!
