What are BioMarkers?
The original plant marker was produced as an experiment in late 2009 to use our first formulated BioComposites material, which was corn cobs and recycled high density polyethylene, as a way to demonstrate to potential customers that our material was truly capable of processing by injection molding and also a viable substitute for petroleum based virgin plastics. After introducing the markers to the market, it didn`t take long for them to be a real hit!

The weatherproof labels can be handwritten or laser printed and are pressure sensitive, so they are easy to remove when they do start to wear out. They remain in place and readable through all kinds of weather, but when it`s time to peel them off, they don`t leave a residue. You just clean off the marker and apply another label.
I don`t have the green thumb in my family, but my mom does so I got these for her to use in her garden. These are larger and much more durable than previous plant markers either I or my mom have every used or saw at our local garden shop. To get the best results be sure to use weatherproof labels and a grease pencil for weatherproof marking. While these are great for my mom, they`re also high enough quality for anyone looking to use them at their place of business as well. Needless to say not only was I impressed by the quality of these, but my mom was as well. I can`t stop stressing the high quality simply because I`m not used to it in such products. So maybe I`m a bit bias on that aspect of never owning such a quality plant marker, but these truly are worth the investment and I HIGHLY recommend them!
