This is part 1 of a 3 part post. We agreed, with Chewy, to try out the Holistic Blend Lamb & Rice All Life Stages Dry Dog Food for Scooby for 1 month to see how it goes for her and our family. First of all this bag is HUGE. Scooby is around 25 pounds and we notice she doesn`t eat a lot. Keep in mind I have a very messy 2-year-old son who likes sharing his food with the dog and an 8-year-old daughter who leaves her plate sitting out when she`s done - another "open invitation" for the dog to enjoy left overs. So she`s quite fond of table food. With that said, when this bag first arrived Scooby was excited. Any time there`s anything for HER she`s excited. We`re a house full of cats and honestly we think she believes she is one as well. So when I put some on a plate for her to try out she got excited. She literally sat wagging her tail like crazy until the food was put down. Once placed she sat and ate the whole plate. So for the week, we`ve been giving her the new food (since she`s never been specific about brands) and she seems to be eating it. It`s hard to tell so far if she`s still crazy about it or just eating it because it`s there. At this point though from our first week, it seems to be working out well.  So, of course, keep an eye out for the next post after we check out how she continues to do eating it. You can cancel the subscription any time or extend or shorten the delivery dates as often as you need! No hassle at all and their customer service is so friendly! Get on just to chat with them about your pet and they talk to you and make you feel like they truly care about them as well. With the lack of customer service these days this is certainly a heart-felt type thing.
