{Giveaway} Australian Tea Tree Oil by Emmi`s Essentials #Review
Emmi's story
Emmi's story really starts not with a girl named Emmi, but rather, a girl named Angie. Way back in 1998, Angie's sister was pregnant with her first child. The child was already known to be a girl. This child had already been named by her parents; and that name was Emily Elizabeth. Yes, we know there is a big red dog named Clifford who has a friend named Emily Elizabeth. But, we digress, so on with the story; Angie had decided long ago that she would nickname her niece something cute and fun. The name she picked was Emmi. And to this day, she still calls Emily; Emmi.   Angie, herself, was a big believer in heal thyself. She firmly thought that anyone could achieve optimal health through alternative methods that more than likely did not include any type of oral medication. One of her favorite methods to cure what ailed you was to use essential oils. Angie's sister suffered from terrible sinus headaches throughout her pregnancy. She did not want to take any medicine from fear of hurting her unborn child. So, Angie went to work. She gathered up all her best homeopathic remedies to help relieve her sister's headaches and put them in a basket. She wrapped the basket in a big pink bow with a handmade card that read: Emmi's Essentials   And, hence, a brand was born. And a few months later, so was Emmi. Today, Emmi's Essentials is more than a brand…it is a philosophy; essential products to help you live a healthier lifestyle;..naturally.
I am an essential oil fan and especially love tea tree oil! The Australian Tea Tree Oil by Emmi`s Essentials is a quality oil. While I do find it stinks (all tea tree oils do), it works just as great as other top brands. For anyone unfamiliar with tea tree oil, some of the popular uses of it is for fighting Acne, Toenail Fungus, Athlete`s Foot, Eczema, Dandruff, Ringworm, Psoriasis, Skin Tags, and more. It also soothes itching and burning from cuts, bug bites, poison ivy, and sunburns. It`s also great for household cleaning, combating mold and mildew, laundry, etc. The list of uses could go on! What I like about this particular brand is the fact that it uses 30% of the active ingredient; which is what makes it such a nice quality and works so well. Generally, products with less than 30% of the active ingredient don`t work as well. While making use of this product (particularly on my acne this time) I noticed not only did it work great and quick, but I did not have any negative effects to using the tea tree oil either. As I said, I`m a fan of essential oils and I can definitely say I WILL be using this brand again in the future as needed!
