When sending a gift, I am the type always looking for something unique and just not something that everyone else is giving. I like my gifts to be practical and fun. So I was stoked when I stumbled upon Bouquet Bar. I had never heard of them until recently and am so glad I found them!

 

Bouquet Bar is an innovative gifting company, which launched in January 2017 and is rapidly redefining The Art of Gifting. Founders David, Alex, and Sal took a simple idea to make the gifting experience unique and meaningful and brought it to life with the birth of Bouquet Bar. David and Alex are the owners of the glamorous floral design company, Square Root Designs, which grace lavish hotel lobbies such as the iconic Four Seasons Beverly Wilshire Hotel, the Ritz Carlton Dana Point and some of the most exclusive weddings and events in Southern California. The duo were continuously approached by clients in search for the perfect floral gift and it was quickly evident that customers were looking for something different and innovative, but more importantly something that would be consistently perfect. Bouquet Bar focuses on bringing excellency to floral design, in combination with a variety of delightful treats, creating the perfect luxury gift at the click of a button.

With Bouquet Bar, they offer several box options to choose from birthdays to just 'thinking of you' type gifts with a couple different price ranges. If you don't see a pre-made box to your liking, you can just make your own; which is exactly what I did! I thought all the presented boxes were great, however, some had stuff I wanted while others didn't which is what made me decide to put together my own box. 

 

I opted for the 'Martini' box which allows you to select 6 gifts you would like in your box for just $84.99. For my box, I added the milk chocolate gummy bears, Queen Bath Bomb, Green Cymbidium Orchard, Citrus Blossom Candle (additional $3 fee), Chocolate Truffles (additional $5 fee), and the Organic Teas (additional $5 fee). Most of the gift options are already included in the price, but a few fancier items, as I selected, have the additional fee. Trust me, the additional fee is worth it, though! 

 

First off, the containers each 'gift' is packaged in is a hard plastic with a lid. So ideally, you can reuse them for other purposes once you are done with your gift. I love that! I mean that's perfect for storing craft and/or office supplies as just one suggestion. On top of that, each item I had in my box was very nice quality. I lit my candle immediately as I finished unpackaging my box and within a few minutes, I could smell the fragrance of the candle filling my room. The gummy bears taste amazingly fresh - not stale like from one of those mass candy stores. Just a nice higher quality to them to be honest. The truffles, besides being beautifully designed, taste amazing as well! The teas were perfect timing since I came down with a bad sore throat and cold and the hot teas are not only soothing, but the flavor to each of them is deliciously addicting! Normally I add sugar and cream to my teas, but for review purposes, I first tried the teas with only a teaspoon of honey and I enjoyed drinking them just like that. The orchard is a real flower and presentation is just stunning. Plus it smells pretty, too! Finally, the bath bomb was great. It smells nice and provided a nice fizz in a nice relaxing bath. Seriously, this was the perfect 'get well soon' box to myself and I wasn't even sick at the time I ordered it!

 

I am thoroughly impressed. Generally, items like this you feel are overpriced but pay it anyway for the sake of the gift to another person. With Bouquet Bar, I felt the whole gift and presentation was worth it. I felt like I was given a luxury gift, not a cheap overpriced one. Honestly, I felt happy opening it, but even happier tasting and trying each item. This is the feeling one should feel from their gift baskets and Bouquet Bar captured it. Totally nailed it!
