I have a 6-year-old daughter that I homeschool and upon special occasions or when she`s done a particularly good job I like to reward her. One thing I thought would be fun for her would be getting to dress up and having her face painted - which is why I thought the Face Paint Kit would be a good idea. This particular kit includes White, black, royal blue, bright yellow, and dull red. The red is not quite as "bright" as the others which is probably because the red is from a natural source. The paint is lead-free, contains No Micronized Minerals, No Coated Minerals, No Preservatives, No Talc, No Synthetic Dyes, No Parabens, and No Oxychloride. I particularly love that this product is not tested on animals either. One downside is that the size of the paints is tiny, which are smaller in circumference than a quarter. As far as how it looks though, it looks great and applies on to the face nicely and smoothly. It`s not chalky or grainy at all. It dries quickly, provides great coverage, and doesn`t easily rub off - which is a good thing if you`re looking for a lasting face paint. Overall a nice paint, just wishes it contained a bit more considering the cost of the product.
