Step 1Â â€“ Save the package or damaged sample.
Step 2Â â€“ Find the contact information for Customer Service (phone and email). You may only find a general phone number, but you can usually get routed to the correct department by calling during normal business hours. If the phone number takes you to an automated â€œphone mazeâ€, you can usually press â€œ0â€³ to speak to a live customer service representative.
Step 3Â â€“ Contact the companyâ€™s Customer Service by phone (preferred) or email to notify them of the problem, and to request that a new sample be sent to you.
Step 4Â â€“ Follow-up with the company if they send you a new sample to tell them that you received it and that you appreciate the quality of customer service you received.
