Just a heads up for any of my local readers looking for a Pumpkin Patch! We recently visited here to let Sophia pick out her pumpkin and their prices are CHEAP and it`s a very family friendly environment with a great selection of pumpkins of all sizes. Here`s all the info:
The Pumpkin Patch is open from October 7th-28th.
Sunday 1pm-dusk On Saturday, October 27th they will hold a costume contest and A movie! The contest begins at 4:30pm and the movie will be "Casper The Friendly Ghost" which begins at 5:30pm. The movie and contest are free, but there is a $2 per person charge for refreshments. The contest is for all ages and small prizes will be given. After the contest everyone will go upstairs on the 2nd floor in the fellowship hall for a family friendly movie complete with hot dogs, popcorn and candy. So what`s so special about this pumpkin patch? This one benefits the program of Hope Homeless Ministry. The program of Hope seeks to address the various needs of people who are without permanent housing. They create a welcoming and nurturing environment assisting with housing vouchers, clothing, counseling, spiritual needs, compassion and healing, food, job placement and resume assistance, bus tokens, transition into housing, and much more. All proceeds from the pumpkin patch support the program of hope. Contact & Location:
