We've talked about all of our favorite ways to enjoy essential oils - like aromatherapy jewelry made from clay, no-sew sachets, and scented pine cones during the holidays. But one simple project that we absolutely love is creating your own essential oil body spray. We love to create our own signature scent by blending our favorite essential oils to create a spray that is uniquely us. Here are our instructions for one of our favorite body sprays, combining grapefruit and lavender oil:

What You'll Need

7 oz distilled water
1 tbsp lavender witch hazel
15 drops of pink grapefruit essential oil
5 drops of lavender essential oil
1 8oz spray bottle

Instructions

Pour distilled water and witch hazel into your spray bottle. Add your grapefruit and lavender oil. Seal tightly and shake well. Now all that's left is to enjoy your body spray! Make sure to shake the bottle well before each use.
