Have you ever spent a lazy day at home? Buried under the blankets, sipping on hot cocoa, and relaxing? In America, we call this lounging. In Denmark, it's called hygge. Unfamiliar with the concept of hygge? Let's do a quick rundown. 

Hygge, pronounced hoo-ga, is a way of unwinding. In Danish culture, this word translates into a feeling of contentment, or enjoyment of simple things. This could be anything that makes you feel cozy, 

Today we're going to take this concept for a spin, and provide you with a hygge-approved Essential Oil Blend to diffuse. This way you can lay back, wrap yourself in a soft shearling blanket, make a cup of hot tea, and breathe in the warming aroma.

Now that's covered, let's dive in and get to the blend. 

Hygge Approved Blend 

In a diffuser, add the following:

6 Drops Cinnamon Bark 100% Pure Essential Oil

4 Drops  Cedarwood 100% Pure Essential Oil 

2 Drops Orange Sweet 100% Pure Essential Oil
