Paper Plate Fish Craft

Since we homeschool I try to give Sophia some art projects. She LOVES doing art projects, even simple ones like this. Well this one we were able to do with just things we typically have just lying around the house. Of course you can change up the materials based off what you have as well. This can be a super quick craft or one that takes a while just depending on the products you use. Get creative! Here`s what we used:

So here`s what we did:   First, cut a "pizza slice" shape to make the mouth and the tail of the fish.

Next up, decorate your fish using the paint markers or whatever materials you choose to decorate it with. Don`t forget the tail!   Once you`re done decorating attach the tail. Of course you can use a brad to make is a movable tail if you`d like as well!   Finally, add your eye! We cut a circle for the eye out of a random magazine we got (for free of course) in the mail. You can use googly eyes or something else if you can think of something else.

That`s it! Your fish is done! As I said, it`s quick and simple, but you can get as creative as you want!

If you don’t tend to keep craft supplied lying around the house, a  good place I recommend ordering from isDiscount School Supply. They always have great sales! Unless you feel like running to your local store that’s fine too!
