How many of you send out personalized holiday cards each year? I used to never do it, but now being a married mommy I would love to get into the habit of taking family portraits to personalize holiday photo cards – you know, like what I see so many others do that I was jealous of? Yea, that thing! Well ShinDigZ was kind enough to let me make my own 25 photo cards of my choice AND they’re offering a little something special exclusively for my readers!
For those of you who have never heard of ShinDigZ it is an online retail site the offers photo cards, party decor, tableware, banners and more! They have 34,000+ items to browse through and purchase! Talk about a wide variety. Not to mention this is a family-owned site. I am by far a bigger supporter of something family owned rather than a big corporation. In case you forgot, family owned type places seem to give back to their community a lot more than these huge corporate offices do. Sad, but true; which is why I favor the family business!
So about my experience…
ShinDigZ and I teamed up so I could try out their photo cards. The experience I had with them was quick and easy. After we decided on our partnership I went directly to their web site to get started. First I browsed through party invitation photo cards page so I could pick out the template style I wanted to use. Once that was decided I had the difficult task of selecting a photo out of my collection to use. Now I would have used the photo we all took with Santa last year, a family picture, but if you would look at the face that had came out on me you would be petrified – no lie! So I went with a cute one of Sophia sitting in front of the Christmas tree in her dress clothes. It took just a minute to get the photo uploaded. I then had the chance to change the text of what I wanted on my card. Once I had everything set of how I wanted it I submitted my order.
About a week later I received my photo cards in the mail, packaged carefully to ensure a safe delivery. The cards were printed on quality photo paper and I have to say I am quite pleased about this. After all, who wants to pay for cheap paper right? So definitely a plus on using quality products. My card was perfect and the image showed up perfect as well! The image came out just as it appeared on my computer. No blurs or pixels showing! So needless to say I am very happy with my experience and order I had with ShinDigz!
